- Open Reports.
- Choose Hours or Approvals.
- Select the relevant date range.
- Add client, site, or employee filters when needed.
- Review hours, breaks, status, and approval context.
- Return to Timesheets for records that need correction.
What good looks like
The report should show which time is approved, which time needs manager action, and whether payable totals are ready to use.
Common mistakes
- Treating report output as final when timesheets are still submitted or rejected.
