Use the dashboard to find daily workforce signals and actions that need attention.
The dashboard is the daily starting point for workforce operations. It brings together scheduling, attendance, approvals, and workspace health signals.
Before you start
- Complete onboarding.
- Add at least one client, site, employee, and schedule record.
- Make sure your role can access the dashboard.
Steps
- Open Dashboard from the main navigation.
- Review the metric cards for today's operational state.
- Use quick actions to jump into schedule, timesheets, employees, clients, or sites.
- Check pending approval or attention areas before payroll work.
- Use reports when you need a focused export or deeper filtered view.
What good looks like
The dashboard should help you decide what needs action now, what can wait, and where the workspace setup is incomplete.
Common mistakes
- Treating the dashboard as the final payroll review.
- Ignoring setup gaps shown in workspace health.
- Reviewing metrics without checking the underlying timesheet or schedule records.
