Filtering and reviewing schedules
Use schedule filters to focus on dates, clients, statuses, and search terms.
Schedule filters help managers review the right work without scanning the full schedule manually.
Steps
- Open Schedule.
- Choose a status such as scheduled, in progress, completed, or all.
- Choose a date view such as today, this week, next seven days, a previous range, or custom.
- Filter by client when reviewing one customer or operating group.
- Use search for dates, times, site names, status, template details, or notes.
- Open any shift that needs correction.
What good looks like
The schedule list should show only the shifts relevant to the question you are answering.
Common mistakes
- Reviewing all statuses when you only need scheduled work.
- Forgetting a client filter is active.
- Using schedule review as a replacement for attendance exception reports.
