Adding sites

Create the physical or operational locations where shifts happen.

Sites are the operational locations where schedules and attendance rules come together. Add sites before assigning shifts or enforcing geofencing.

Before you start

  • Create or identify the client that owns the site.
  • Confirm the address or location details.
  • Decide whether this is the primary site for the client.

Steps

  1. Open Sites from the main navigation.
  2. Select Add site.
  3. Choose the client for the site.
  4. Enter the site name and location details.
  5. Mark the site as primary when it is the main location for that client.
  6. Save the site and confirm it appears in the site list.

What good looks like

Every live work location should be an active site tied to the correct client, with enough location detail to support scheduling and attendance.

Common mistakes

  • Using one generic site for multiple client locations.
  • Forgetting to activate the site before scheduling work.
  • Treating the site name as the address instead of entering both clearly.
