BetterDesks can flag conflict states such as schedule changes, assignment removal, missed clock-outs, site mismatch, or records that require review. Managers review and correct those records before approval.

What happens if GPS does not work at a job site?

If GPS is unreliable but the team has connectivity, BetterDesks can use supervisor OTP attendance. Kiosk mode and offline punch sync are not available today.

BetterDesks sites are set up with address details and can also include coordinates for geofencing. Sites without precise postal addresses may need the best available address plus accurate coordinates.
