Employee documents are attached to a specific employee and organization. Supported document types include work eligibility, ID proof, direct deposit, and SIN/SSN. Work eligibility and ID proof documents can require expiry dates.
Employee document uploads use the same allowed file types as client documents, including PDF, common image formats, Office files, text, and CSV. The current limit is 5 MB per file and 25 MB total for the employee document set.
Payroll documents are handled separately for paystubs, T4s, and W-2s.
