The supported attendance workflow is tied to the employee's own access or to a supervisor-issued OTP passcode. Geofencing can require the employee to be inside the configured radius for the site. OTP attendance lets an admin or scheduler create a temporary passcode for a selected client, site, and optional shift.
If your team needs a shared-device process today, the closest supported workflow is supervisor OTP. The supervisor creates a passcode for the site, and employees use that passcode in BetterDesks to create attendance records.
