Can managers edit missed clock-ins?

Managers can edit actual clock-in, clock-out, and break minutes on existing unapproved timesheets. They can also close active missed clock-outs, but BetterDesks does not offer standalone missed clock-in creation today.

BetterDesks creates timesheets from attendance or from completed scheduled shifts. Once a timesheet exists, admins and schedulers can edit actual times and break minutes as long as the record is not approved and locked.

Approved timesheets must be reopened before they can be edited. Rejected timesheets can be corrected and resubmitted. Active timesheets with a missed clock-out can be closed by a manager entering a clock-out time.
